Bam Margera won’t serve jail time as part of his DUI case.
The former “Jackass” star, 38, was sentenced to a three-year probation, AA meetings and fines and fees, according to TMZ. He will also participate in a “live in” program as part of his sentence.
Margera was arrested for DUI in January and checked himself into rehab shortly after. He pleaded not guilty to the charges in February.
He has battled with substance abuse issues since his “Jackass” days.
“Super pissed is all I’m going to say,” his former co-star Jason “Wee Man” Acuña told us shortly after his arrest. “I get pissed at people who I know are drinking and about to drive — like hell no.”
