Cheryl will be welcoming ex Liam Payne over for Christmas – and revealed young son Bear's wish-list to Santa.

Liam is in her bubble and the pair have stayed close since splitting in 2018.

They will be spending Christmas Day together with the former X Factor judge's mum Joan Callaghan on hand to help with the cooking.

Speaking on on Table Manners With Jessie Ware, Cheryl told fans what she will be up to on Friday – and it's mainly eating and drinking.

It appears she could be taking it ease this year because she has two rather handy cooks close at hand!

"It'll probably just be me, my mum and Liam," the Fight For This Love hitmaker announced.

"My mam makes a great roast, and Liam normally does the meat on Christmas.

"He's really good at it actually and puts his all into it."

Bear is growing up fast – and he didn't take long to send over his wish list for mum to post off to Father Christmas.

The three-year-old is going to have a great time with mum, dad and nana and is sure to be spoilt rotten – not that he hasn't had plenty of gifts already in 2020.

Cheryl said: "He wants a Spider-Man bike, which is very doable. He also wants Paw Patrol stuff.

"You know what's crazy? Because his birthday was in March during lockdown, I feel like Christmas has been every month because people have either sent his gift or brought it when they could.

"Every month someone has brought him something for his birthday!"

She added: "I love everybody to wear the same PJs on Christmas eve night. This year we're going to have Disney ones."

Liam has previously spoken of his hopes to see Bear at Christmas.

Speaking last Friday on an Instagram Live session, the singer said: "I’m such a Scrooge. Christmas for me is just for my son — that’s all I’ve got."
