"I have got to stop eating," she said. "The new rule is every time you want a little glass of wine or a mulled wine, you have to order food. And well, I nearly got stuck in the bath.

“I’m not joking. We all know I’m dramatic but I seriously nearly got stuck in the bath at the hotel."

The former TOWIE star, who has an unlikely fan in Robbie Williams as she makes him smile and laugh, went on to explain how she had to gorge on pigs in blankets and a scotch egg while with a friend at Fortnum & Mason.

The GC said: "I had a nice glass of wine at Fortnum & Masons and that was on my bucket list to do. And literally they said, ‘You’ve got to order some food.’

"Well I’d just eaten at the last place I’d had a glass of wine at. So I said, ‘I’ll have some pigs in blankets.’

"Then my mate wanted a mulled wine and I was like, ‘Right OK, I’ll have to order a scotch egg as well.’ Then my mate goes, ‘I don’t eat scotch eggs.’

"So there I am faced with pigs in blankets and a rather large scotch egg with a side of piccalilli – well I had to eat it," she declared, before adding: "I’m just hoping that soon we will resume back to normal because I don’t fancy getting stuck in the bath any longer."

Despite the recent indulgence in food, the stunning star has lost a whopping three stone recently and has spoken exclusively to OK! online on exactly how she shed the weight.

“Discovering bike riding around London while in lockdown was life changing. That and walking and PMA (positive mental attitude)," she said.

And it isn’t the first time Gemma has championed having a positive mental attitude with the star once telling fans to “adopt the right mindset” to lose weight.

She said: “My advice to anyone looking to start a weight loss journey would be adopt the right mindset.

“I believe that all bodies are beautiful, but if you want to make a change its really powerful to do it from a health-first perspective.”
