Gigi Hadid’s birthday party outfits cost at least $25K

Talk about a golden birthday! Gigi Hadid celebrating turning 23 on April 23rd with a blowout bash at Brooklyn Heights Social Club in NYC — and she sure committed to the color scheme.

Guests including Hailey Baldwin, Martha Hunt, Cara Delevingne, and the entire Hadid family (sister Bella, brother Anwar, and mom Yolanda) enjoyed a gilded cake and a custom golden Snapchat filter. The real 24-karat attraction, however, was the birthday girl’s wardrobe.

Hadid kicked off the evening in a custom Atelier Versace minidress dripping with golden thread and discs. While Versace PR declined to provide exact pricing for her look, similar dresses from the fashion house’s made-to-order line start around the five-figure mark and can easily top $30,000 for something heavily embellished, like Hadid’s dress. The supermodel finished her outfit with Christian Louboutin’s clear studded “Spikoo” pumps, which retail for $995, plus gold jewelry and a custom bedazzled manicure by Mei Kawajiri, whose work reportedly costs upwards of $150.

Later that night, Hadid slipped into something a little more comfortable, trading her Versace mini for a custom Juicy Couture tracksuit studded with 2,300 (get it — 23?) Swarovski crystals. The price for the star’s blinged-out sweats? Over $1,195 for the hoodie (factoring in the additional cost of the crystal “23” Hadid had added to the back of the jacket) and $1,075 for the pants.

All in, Hadid’s party outfits easily totaled $25,000. The one surprisingly affordable addition to her look? The gold-leaf eyeshadow, which Hadid’s makeup artist Erin Parsons created using a $3.99 Maybelline shadow (Hadid is a spokesperson for the brand) and glitter.
