The eternally-youthful Hollywood actress revealed the benefits of her healthy lifestyle in a crop top and leggings. Jennifer, 51, who also enjoys meditation and karate, hit the campaign trail for Vital Proteins – a US firm selling supplements based on collagen, a protein in bones, skin and muscles.
She said: “It is the glue that holds everything together.
“I’m so happy to share the importance of collagen.”
The Friends star had previously confessed that pasta carbonara was her “favourite go-to-town food” when she felt like taking a break from her diet.
She said: “I’ve learned how to make it. And it’s not that bad for you. It’s just an egg, parmesan cheese and a little pasta water.”
The star also announced she is taking on the role of Chief Creative Officer for the brand.
Earlier this week on Wednesday, Jennifer took to her official Instagram account to announce the exciting news, alongside a snap of herself holding a gift basket full of the brand’s latest items.
Jen said: “Our strength starts from within, so I choose good nutrition and the right supplements to start off my day.”

The Hollywood star has long been an advocate for healthy living, practising transcendental meditation, Hatha yoga and Budokan karate.
Last year, Aniston’s personal trainer Leyon Azubuike shared that his advice for the actress’ diet included eating plenty of healthy fats.
The movie star herself told Women’s Health: “I love avocados, coconut oil, salmon, fish oil – anything that’s a good form of fat is great.
“For me, I stick to 1.7 grams of carbs and 2 grams of protein per my kilo weight to support muscle-building.”
