Kady opened up about why she chooses to recline her seat on a flight, insisting that’s what it is there for.
She argued: ‘If we weren’t meant to use the recline function, it wouldn’t be there!’
‘They put the recline button there to be used, so I’m going to take advantage of that button.’
The brunette bombshell claimed her fear of flying would make her particularly anxious if she couldn’t get some rest.
She said: ‘If I’m flying to Dubai for seven hours, I can’t sleep upright. I need to sleep and if not, I can get really panicky’.

Stand-in presenter Richard Madeley, 63, questioned Kady on whether it would annoy her if a passenger in front of her reclined their seat back.
The Love Island babe shrugged it off and said it wouldn’t bother her as she is ‘only 5’3’.
Gemma Collins’ best friend and fellow The Only Way is Essex veteran Bobby Norris stood up for his pal Gemma and argued against Kady.
Bobby slammed Kady’s claims and offered a sly dig by saying passengers should be courteous when travelling.

The TOWIE star insisted chairs shouldn’t be able to recline on short haul flights and suggested the function should be locked so ‘selfish’ passengers wouldn’t have the ability.
Watching the footage of Gemma for the first time, Bobby referred to the dangers of people abruptly reclining their seats.
He said: ‘I’ve seen people have rows. I’ve seen people have tea and coffee spilled on them because someone is reclining. We are talking boiling water, it’s really dangerous.’
After Kady mentioned her height to enhance her argument, Bobby did the same.
‘We don’t have a lot of legroom as it is on budget flights and I’m really tall, so I will get an aisle seat or extra legroom if I can.’

The debate came to a close as Richard Madeley read out the ‘official’ reasoning for reclining a chair on a short haul flight.
Guidelines suggested passengers shouldn’t recline their seat if the person seated behind them is tall or if in-flight food is about to be served.
The debate surrounding etiquette on planes between Kady and Bobby comes after Gemma Collins lashed out at a fellow passenger on board an Aegean airlines flight from Athens to Heathrow last week because she was convinced the traveller in front of her was reclining her seat – which stopped her from being able to nod off.
The TOWIE star was sat in her seat with her tray down and wanted to rest her head on the back of the chair in front, but quickly became irate when she was unable to get comfortable and confronted the voyager.

A fellow passenger, who watched the altercation in the air, exclusively revealed to MailOnline that Gemma shouted at the lady: ‘What the f*ck are you doing, babe?’
When approached for comment, a spokesman for Gemma told MailOnline: ‘All Gemma did was like many passengers do in a busy air plane is ask for someone to be considerate to her. It was a gentle request and was in no way a row.’
According to the onlooker, the apologetic traveller, who the source told ‘didn’t speak fantastic English’ responded: ‘My chair is not reclined.’
Unimpressed with the reply, Gemma then told the woman: ‘Stop f*cking moving, stop f*cking moving, just leave it, it’s fine.’
Bothered: Richard Madeley, 63, questioned Kady on whether it would annoy her if a passenger in front of her reclined their seat. She shrugged it off and said no as she is ‘only 5’3’
After the cross words, in footage obtained exclusively by MailOnline, Gemma carried on by instructing: ‘But leave it like that, it is hitting my head and it hurts.’
The puzzled passenger, tries to defend herself as she adds: ‘I am not trying…’
Before the Essex star cut her off by saying: ‘Alright it’s fine’ before closing her eyes.
In the clip Gemma, who was travelling solo, looks visibly tired as she got on the flight make-up free following a club appearance at Jackie O’ beach club in Mykonos the night before.
