Khloe Kardashian takes her fitness routine very seriously – so seriously that not even a few precious hours of sleep will get in her way.

The 36-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star took to her Instagram story to show her millions of followers what real dedication to fitness looks like with an early morning treadmill snap on Tuesday.

In the past, Khloe has likened exercise to therapy and says that it is how she decompresses from life.

Khloe shared two photos from her tricked out home gym to her Instagram story before dawn.

The first showed the mother of one stepping on to a treadmill with maroon sneakers and black leggings with the time ‘5:28 AM’ written over the photo.

She then appeared to follow up her cardio with some weight training and shared a shot of free weights and kettlebell’s lined up.

The Good American mogul frequently shares shots from her sweat sessions on social media which showcase both her fit frame and, often times, workout clothes from her own brand.

Earlier in the pandemic, Khloe shared some of her favorite at-home workouts and inexpensive equipment must-haves on her sister Kourtney’s lifestyle website Poosh.

‘Jumping rope is probably one of the best workouts you can do. There is a slew of reasons why jumping rope is so beneficial—from burning major calories in a short time span to decreasing ankle or foot injuries all the way to improving bone density and coordination,’ Khloe revealed.  

She also touted portable resistance bands which are so convenient they fit in a purse or bag leaving people with ‘no excuses’ not to keep up with their fitness.

During particularly hard times, like her split with ex Tristan Thompson in 2019, Khloe hits the gym because it’s like ‘therapy.’

Kardashian is having a bit of a stressful week currently, after an up-and-coming designer accused her of trying to sell a dress he claimed to have loaned to her.

Cowan took to social media on Sunday to slam the reality star, alleging that his ‘runway samples’ were available for sale on her family’s luxury consignment site Kardashian Kloset.

Mindful: Khloe has said in the past that she turns to exercise for ‘therapy’ and her early morning sweat session came after she had been accused this week of re-selling a dress that the designer alleged was only on loan 

However, a source told DailyMail.com that Khloe had been given the dress as a gift through her stylist and was never informed that it was a loan.

They added: ‘It was never said to her it was a loan and the designer never asked for it back – at least to Khloe.’

As of Monday the dress was no longer listed on Kardashian Kloset.
