Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker travel on a commercial flight… after sister Kylie Jenner faced criticism over carbon footprint

Kourtney Kardashian, 41, and Travis Barker, 46, were spotted flying commercial recently. 

The celebrity pair kept a low profile as they boarded an Alaska Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Spokane, Washington last week. 

Kourtney’s daughter, Penelope, 10, and cousin North West, nine were reportedly traveling with them.

Witnesses say they group wore masks and hoodies during the flight. 

There’s speculation the couple may be spending some time at their home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho which is about 30 miles away.  

The group appeared to keep a lowkey presence, putting on masks and hoodies.

The decision to travel with the masses comes as Kourtney’s younger sisters, Kim, 41,  Kylie Jenner, 24, and her partner Travis Scott, 31, have been blasted for the carbon footprint created by their use of private jets. 

Kim came in number seven on the list created by the marketing company Yard.

The group calculated she was responsible for 4268.5 tons of carbon emissions over 57 flights.

Low profile: The group appeared to keep a lowkey presence during the flight 

The TKN rapper was number 10, racking up 3033.3 tons of carbon emissions just this year, with an average flight journey of just seven-point-three miles, the shortest average in the top 10.  

The Kylie Cosmetics founder did not make the top ten list, even though her flights are an average of 24 minutes long. 

As vegans, Kourtney and Travis already have a lower carbon footprint.  According to Shrink That Footprint, the average vegan diet produces half the emissions of the Standard American Diet and a third of the greenhouse gases created by a meat heavy diet, such as Keto.

Pink: The Kardashians star donned a bright pink long sleeve one piece and a safety vest for her trip around the lake 

The Blink 182 drummer has put together his own Kravis Guide to Eating Vegan in LA, which can be found on Kourtney’s Poosh website. 

The Kravis bunch appeared to enjoying their rural getaway. On Sunday, Kourtney posted a short video as she went water skiing on a boogie board in a lake with clear blue water and pine covered mountains in the background. 

The Kardashians star donned a bright pink long sleeve one piece and a safety vest for her trip around the lake, writing ‘Sunday funday!!’ in her Instagram stories.
