Country singer Luke Combs debuted a brand-new song, called “Without You,” while on his North American headlining tour in promotion of his most recent album, What You See Is What You Get.
“I guess it’s probably called ‘Without You,'” Combs told the audience about the new song, in which he expresses his utmost gratitude to his loved ones for having made countless sacrifices so that he could be up there on the stage.
“It didn’t dawn on me back then, but now I see, without them, I wouldn’t be here,” he belts out in the chorus. “When I’m up here on this stage, the spotlight’s on my face, but I see you. It’s me strummin’ this Gibson, it’s me they love to give the credit to, but me don’t mean a thing without you.”
Meanwhile, Combs’ headlining tour continues through September, alongside opening acts, Ashley McBryde and Drew Parker.
The singer also made his late-night debut on “Saturday Night Live,” with a performance of his no. 1 hits, “Beer Never Broke My Heart” and “Lovin’ On You” on February 1.
