An emotional Chloe opened up: ‘I’m not asking you for a lot Pete, I just don’t want you to dismiss it so much that I look like a f******g idiot.
‘I understand that you don’t want a relationship, but regardless of that, there’s still something [there].’
Pete responded: ‘Yes there is 100%. I’ve never denied that.’

He set the record straight that they are ‘just friends’ and confirmed he is ‘quite happy on his own’.
During his conversation with Chloe, her eyes begun to well up with tears as she exhaled: ‘I don’t know.’
Pete firmly responded: ‘So it’s your choice, if you want to go, go.’
Chloe continued: ‘I just don’t want to walk away from you but I feel like I haven’t got any choice, I feel like this it it.
‘What more can we do? If we walk away from each other that’s really got to be it, Pete.’
In recent weeks, the TOWIE duo unfollowed each other on social media, adding another nail to the coffin.
MailOnline also contacted Chloe and Pete’s representatives for comment.
‘Then fine that’s it, if that’s what you want then do that,’ Pete said as he resigned himself to the inevitable fate of their separation.
‘So we’re going to just leave it here yeah? Because this will be the third time I’ve got to scrape myself back up and get over it again,’ the mother-of-one added.
Pete was speechless, leaving Chloe to conclude the conversation: ‘Well I’ll take your silence as a yes, yeah? Alright, whatever,’ as she tearfully walked away from their discussion.
