Victoria Beckham brands herself a ‘Style Icon’ in self-designed tee… before treating herself to a face mask

She’s conquered the world of fashion, and now she has her sights set on the beauty industry.  

And Victoria Beckham branded herself a ‘style icon’ as she teased fans with a glimpse behind-the-scenes snaps of her new clothing line photo shoot on Thursday.  

The self-confessed fashionista, 45, posed up a storm in a white slogan T-shirt on Instagram as she revealed her autumn/winter 2019 collection shortly after posting a selfie while trying out a face mask.

Victoria also gave fans an insight into the secret of her youthful complexion, as she showed off a face mask in behind-the-scenes photo shoot snaps.

Wearing a black peel-off mask as she sported a robe, the wife of David Beckham played on her phone, as she wrote: ‘Multitasking’.

Captioning another snap, she wrote: ‘Prepping my skin with hydrating masks before and in between looks. Super important ladies!! #VictoriaBeckhamBeauty’.

The former Spice Girls star appeared to be in full zen mode as she relaxed with the the Celestial Black Diamond Eye Mask by 111SKIN.

Going by the captions on the snaps, Victoria appeared to be gearing up to launch her latest beauty endevour, known currently as ‘Victoria Beckham Beauty’.

The mother-of-four has already enjoyed phenomenal success with two sellout collections in collaboration with Estée Lauder.

It comes as Victoria welcomed her seven-year-old daughter Harper onto the set of her ‘secret project’ earlier this month.

She later took to Instagram to share the heartwarming picture alongside the caption: ‘Today I had a little guest on set! Shooting with mummy. Kisses Harper Seven x.’

Captioning another snap, she wrote: ‘Prepping my skin with hydrating masks before and in between looks. Super important ladies!! #VictoriaBeckhamBeauty’

Earlier in the day, Victoria shared a video and behind-the-scenes snaps from a photo shoot, which saw her in the hair and make-up chair promising a venture that was ‘coming very very soon’.

In a video posted to her Instagram page, Posh Spice said: ‘So today I am on set shooting content for something I’ve been working on for a long time. I am so so excited; I cannot wait to share. I can’t believe it’s finally here.

‘I have been working on this secret project for a long long time. You’re gonna love it. Coming very very soon.’

Victoria has shared glimpses at her beauty routine before, revealing that she sleeps on silk pillows which help maintain healthier skin and hair.  

An avid beauty fan, she once told Vogue that the secret to her flawless skin is eating bee pollen and taking a mind-boggling 60 vitamins and tablets per day. 

A less purse-friendly addition to her make-up bag is a £1,200 face cream.

Fans were delighted at the news of her beauty line, with many saying they ‘couldn’t wait’ to get their hands on the range when it goes on sale.

However, others were concerned about the price tag – Mrs. Beckham’s clothing range costs upwards of £400 for a dress – and begged her to make her beauty range more affordable.

Mixed response: Fans were delighted at the news, with many saying they ‘couldn’t wait’ to get their hands on the range when it goes on sale, but other raised concerns over pricing

One individual tweeted: ‘I love your clothes and I love your style but it’s so expensive.’

Another wrote: ‘Unfortunately I will be excluded from this along with every other thing you design because I want to but although I work very hard my finances will never stretch to afford [it].’ 

Victoria launched her own clothing label in 2008, winning over famous fans from Sienna Miller to the Duchess of Sussex, and also delighted animal campaigners with the news she would be dropping exotic skins from her collections.
