JAMIE GEORGE bagged a hat-trick as England pummelled Georgia and settled the raging scrum war once and for all.
Saracens and Lions star George became the first ever England hooker to score three in a game – as Eddie Jones' pack tore into Los Lelos with a six try slaughtering.
England were beaten-up by the Georgians during an infamous and ugly training session in 2019.
But as the Georgian minnows made their Twickenham debut they were shown what it takes to survive at this level.
Superstar flanker Jack Willis and Elliot Daly also scored as England delivered a bonus-point win after just 37 minutes.
FAR FROM PRETTY
But it was so much of a mis-match that at times it was more like a training game than a serious Test.
Every time they could, England went for a scrum to prove their point with six in the first quarter.
Jones had warned it was coming as he said his side hadn't forgotten what happened back in Oxford last year.
It was not one for the purists – far from pretty, but job done.
Wasps flanker Willis also came through his full-debut with a try and was unlucky to have another scrubbed out.
But centre turned wing Jonathan Joseph limped-off after being injured in a late tackle in the build-up to Daly's neat score.
Tighthead Will Stuart also looked solid anchoring the scrum against the giant Georgians and scrum-half Dan Robson stepped off the bench to score his second international try.
But England won't have it this easy against Andy Farrell's Ireland next week.
So fly-half and skipper Owen Farrell, who kicked 10 points, will need to get England's backs firing as they struggled to get much going in attack against a largely toothless side.
The Georgians, who hardly got into the other 22 will remember this one. England and their fans probably won't.
