THIS one will go to the highest bidder – a three-bed family home complete with a cannabis farm.
Dozy estate agents listed a property for auction using pictures of what appears to be an illicit weed growing operation.
In one snap posted on Rightmove, 27 plastic plant pots lie on the bedroom floor with the windows covered in heat resistant plastic.
Another shows how the previous tenants had installed a makeshift ventilation shaft running through the property.
Finally, botched ceiling heaters dangle from the master bedroom inside the terraced home in Hyde, Greater Manchester.
Despite the evidence of criminality, the property, which was listed with a guide price of £90,000 by estate agent Landwood Group, sold at auction on 9 December for £135,250.
A note on the listing said: “Please note the original internal pictures used were historic.”
