Prince Harry jokes about ginger Archie amid claims about ‘grandad’ James Hewitt

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle took their young son Archie to a nursery for the first time – as wild rumours around the Duke of Sussex's parentage continue.

According to one source, Archie was "particularly taken" by two other red-haired babies, reported the Express.

They said: "Archie had a fantastic time. He was crawling around and was particularly taken with two other redhead babies.

The news comes as the wild and disproved rumour that James Hewitt is Prince Harry's dad reared its head again.

Gossip hit the headlines again after the royal couple recently confirmed Archie had ginger locks – just like his dad.

It came as Daily Star Online exclusively revealed how Harry was mocked at school over claims Princess Diana’s lover was his real dad .

He was nicknamed Hewitt which other pupils would shout during sports matches, and he was also rinsed for his ginger hair too.

But a hair expert has told the Star that Archie’s confirmed ginger locks will only re-ignite the nonsense theory that Hewitt is Harry’s father.

The never-ending rumour has dogged Harry ever since his childhood, and were sparked simply because he and Hewitt are ginger.

And the nonsense claims persist despite Diana and Hewitt's affair came two years after Harry was born.

Spencer Stevenson, founder of hair loss advisers Spex Hair, says Archie’s confirmed hair colour will only add to the types of painful jibes that Harry went through at school and get repeated by internet trolls.

He told Daily Star Online: “Archie appears to be brewing a nice head of ginger hair just like his fathers Harry.

“The Ginger gene is a strong unforgiving gene and just goes to show considering Meghan’s dark hair colouring couldn’t overpower the ginger gene."
