Naomi Osaka, 23, Just Showed Off Her Toned Abs In Tennis Ball Green Bikini On Instagram

  • Naomi Osaka, 23, just showed off her toned abs in a green string bikini on Instagram.
  • She credits her fit body to three-hour tennis practices fueled with fruit smoothies.
  • The tennis champ also does physical therapy to stay healthy and makes sleep a priority.

No. 2 ranked tennis pro Naomi Osaka, 23, can smoke anyone on the court, serving aces like it’s nbd. She’s beaten the best of the best to become a regular champ in the Grand Slams. It turns out Naomi has some serious skills off the court, too.

She’s also dabbling in bikini designing and modeling, lately. Naomi showed off her tennis-toned bod in a new Frankies Bikinis lime green string bikini with pastel pink hair on Instagram. The swimsuit is as bright green as a tennis ball, but her abs are stealing all the attention.

The bikini pic even caught the eye of some famous fans. Hailey Bieber wrote, “Yesssssss!🔥.” Her boyfriend Cordae Dunston added: “Mermaid energy 📶.” And another enthusiastic fan added, “🔥🔥🔥 servin’ body!!!”

Naomi can certainly serve more than aces, thanks to her hard work in and out of tennis practice. The pro athlete shared what a typical fitness-packed day is like with Us Weekly. “I always start and end my workout with music,” she said. “It keeps me focused and keeps me motivated for what’s next.”

Naomi also powers her workouts with a fruit smoothie. “My go-to trick is, if fruits are starting to go bad, rather than waste them, I cut them up and place in portion-sized baggies and freeze so they are ready to go for my shakes,” she previously told Mind Body Green. She usually alternates between a coconut smoothie, with chia seeds, banana, and coconut water, and a green coconut smoothie, with spinach, cucumbers, lemon, and coconut water.

After that, she does a quick stretching warmup before going all-in on a three-hour practice with her trainer, Abdul Sillah. During her morning practice, she says she alternates between doing ground strokes, cardio, and footwork drills.

If she goes particularly hard, she’ll have a physical therapy sesh afterward for some muscle TLC. Naomi follows that up with a “rainbow bowl” snack filled with fresh berries and melon and a sports drink.

After that, she might throw in a fun activity, like ice skating or swimming. And, she says, going to bed at a decent time is a top priority. She likes to chow down on smoked salmon and avocado toast for dinner before calling it a day with a good book in bed.

And that’s how Naomi powers up for servin’ on and off the court.
