ANDERLECHT star Youri Tielemans snubbed a £21.6million Manchester City switch as he 'won't be another number on a list'.
The Belgian, 20, is set to put pen to paper on a deal to join Ligue 1 champions Monaco this summer, opening the door for Chelsea to swoop for Tiemoue Bakayoko.
Tielemans' decision is reportedly primarily down to ensuring he gets plenty of first-team football – which he didn't believe Pep Guardiola could offer him.
