Arsenal plan Rice offer after final
Rumours are circulating that Arsenal will make a formal offer for West Ham star Declan Rice after the Europa Conference League final.
It is claimed that The Gunners have already agreed personal terms with the player and the fee with West Ham is the only hurdle to overcome.
Rice has been the standout English midfielder in the Premier League this season and would be a fine addition to any side in the league.

Ex-England star urges Rice to resist Arsenal
David James has told West Ham star Declan Rice that her should turn down the advances of Arsenal this summer.
The former West Ham goalkeeper has said that he hopes his old side can win the Europa Conference League final and talk the midfielder into staying.
James said "You look at Mark Noble and everything he achieved at West Ham, there would have been plenty of teams who wanted him at his peak, but he stayed there to the end and secured legendary status. Declan Rice has the rare chance to do that, same as Harry Kane at Tottenham."

The England international only has one-year left on his Foxes contract and with the side relegated from the Premier League this season, is very unlikely to feature for them next season.

Keown unfazed by Tottenham appointment
Ex-Arsenal defender, Martin Keown, has said that he is not worried about the appointment of Ange Postecoglou at their North London rivals.
He said that when Antonio Conte joined them, he was concerned that the serial-winner may bring silverware to Spurs.
The appointment of the ex-Celtic manager has not struck the same fear into Keown however.

With the midfielder seemingly set to leave the Bernabau this summer, The Gunners have been talked about as a potential destination.
Having played for Chelsea for so long, it is difficult seeing the player willing to go to one of their rivals but the same would have been said about Mauricio Pochettino not so long ago.

Caicedo poses questions on Gunners' position
Arsenal have been long-term admirers of Moises Caicedo, having lodged a bid for him earlier in the season.
While Brighton turned down the offer, despite the player having already seemingly said his goodbyes on social media, his season took an unexpected turn.
Due to the needs of The Seagulls, Caicedo had to slot in as right back for a large part of the season, starring in the emphatic win at The Emirates.
This poses the question as to where Mikel Arteta sees him fitting in at the club should they sign him.
