CRISTIANO RONALDO showed off his abs to a young fan at a fitness event in Japan.

The football superstar was in attendance at an event for his own fitness brand, Sixpad.




Whilst at the event a young fan asked the 38-year-old if they could compare their abdominal muscles to his.

The toned Al-Nassr forward obliged and showed off his washboard eight-pack in a heart warming exchange.

The youngster also showed Ronaldo his abs, with the Portuguese hero seemingly impressed by the kid's fitness levels.

The pair then shared a high-five and a hug.

The five time Ballon d'Or winner was sporting one of his 'Sixpad' belts during the event.

The strange device is an electrical stimulation belt that causes your muscles to contract and relax – similar to a core workout.

Ronaldo continues to defy his age with his immense physicality and chiselled body.

The former Real Madrid and Man United man has been on pre-season tour with Al-Nassr in Japan.
