TOM DAVIES has described his first senior Everton goal as a dream come true.
The 18-year-old, making just his third start for the club, produced a delicate chip over Claudio Bravo to score Everton’s third and succumb Pep Guardiola to the biggest league defeat of his career.
A Evertonian through and through, Davies admitted team-mate Romelu Lukaku tried to claim the goal after the full-time whistle when it appeared as though the Belgium may have got the slightest touches on the shot but the youngster was having none of it.
