F-Bombs v H-Bomb: Michael Bisping goes on the offensive at UFC 204 ceremonial weigh-ins

MICHAEL Bisping was in fiesty form as he faced off with old rival Dan Henderson at the UFC 204 ceremonial weigh-ins in Manchester on Friday evening.

Bisping makes the first defence of his UFC middleweight title against MMA legend Henderson on Saturday night at the sold-out Manchester Arena as he bids to not only retain his title, but exact revenge on the future Hall of Famer.

Henderson brutally knocked out Bisping with his famed right hook – the 'H-Bomb' – at UFC 100 back in 2009 in one of the most memorable knockouts in UFC history.

And with Henderson confirming Saturday night's fight will be his last, Bisping plans on sending 'Hendo' into retirement by returning the favour on home soil.

The pair faced off for the final time at the UFC 204 ceremonial weigh-ins in front of almost 5,000 fans at Manchester Central.

And Bisping pulled no punches when he took the microphone from UFC commentator Mike Goldberg to address the crowd after the face-off.

"Guys, this is the pinnacle of my career, it doesn't get any better than this," he began.

"I'm the champion. I'm defending it in Manchester."

And when a heckler from the crowd started shouting at Bisping, the champ shot him down in a shower of F-bombs.

"Someone shut this d***head up over here.

"Mate, you're going down, pal. F**k you! F**k Henderson! Manchester, let's f*****g do this!"
