FRANCE go into their last-16 tie against their neighbours just over the Alps as heavy favourites.
Didier Deschamps' side showed they are still one of the tournament favourites in the group stages, even if the results did not go all their own way.
But they face a mounting injury crisis within their squad.
Now in their last-16 tie, the world champions will be looking to start stepping their performances up a notch against a Swiss side that were bashed 3-0 by Italy in the group stages.

Left back Lucas Hernandez remains a doubt with a knee problem after hobbling off during the Portugal draw.
Everton’s Lucas Digne came on to replace Hernandez, but pulled his hamstring within moments of coming on in the final group stage game.
Adrien Rabiot then came on to replace Digne, but the midfielder is not 100 per cent fit either.
Thomas Lemar and Ousmane Dembele have also left the France squad looking threadbare, with the latter ruled out of the tournament needing to undergo surgery on his knee.
Switzerland look to have a clean bill of health going into the last-16 tie.
