How Man Utd could line-up next season with Harry Kane, Antony on wing and whole new midfield under Mauricio Pochettino

MANCHESTER UNITED are all set for another summer shake-up and could look very different by the time next season rolls around.

Interim boss Ralf Rangnick could be replaced in the dugout by Paris Saint-Germain boss Mauricio Pochettino.

The Argentine, 49, would then look to put his stamp on a United side currently struggling for identity – and that'd take some new additions.

According to the Telegraph, the Red Devils can be expected to make a move for old Pochettino favourite Harry Kane this summer.

Should United pull off the deal, the England skipper would head up a starting line-up packed to the brim with star quality… and without Cristiano Ronaldo.

Jadon Sancho has been showing signs of life on the left flank in recent weeks under Rangnick, and is a player Pochettino admired during his time at Spurs.

Then on the right flank United could deploy Brazilian wonderkid Antony, who is currently tearing it up in the Netherlands.

The winger, 21, has notched 11 goals and eight assists this season – putting Man United on watch.

Bruno Fernandes, another player Pochettino's Spurs were heavily linked with in 2019, could then excel in the No10 position within his potential new boss' 4-2-3-1 system.

Behind the star-studded attack, Poch could have an entirely new midfield to work with.

Man United are eager to sign West Ham star Declan Rice this summer, although the England ace would cost north of £100million.

In an ideal world, the Red Devils would love to partner him up with his Three Lions pal Kalvin Phillips – although getting both deals done in the same summer would be difficult.

Should a move for Phillips fail, they could turn to Rangnick favourite Amadou Haidara from RB Leipzig.

With these moves set to cost United a fortune, they'd possibly have to trust Pochettino to improve what he inherits in defence.

This would mean hoping to get a tune out of a Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane partnership.

While Pochettino, known for greatly improving full-backs at Tottenham, could possibly work his magic again with Aaron Wan-Bissaka, while being reunited with his former Southampton starlet Luke Shaw.

David de Gea would then keep his place between the sticks, with Dean Henderson again having to remain patient.
