Joshua's most dangerous opponent is Whyte… not Fury or Wilder, says Hearn

DILLIAN WHYTE is the most dangerous opponent Anthony Joshua could face next, says Matchroom sports Barry Hearn.

And Eddie’s father, whose son is the promoter for the British boxer, also believes WBC champ Deontay Wilder would be the easiest fight for AJ as the American “can punch but he can’t box.”

But Hearn wants to see Joshua face the Gypsy King at Wembley Stadium in four months’ time – although he admits it will be tricky to arrange.

Speaking to Love Sport Radio, the 70-year-old said: “I’d be very happy to fight Tyson Fury on April 13th as well.

“And the reason being… Tyson Fury can box but he can’t punch, Deontay Wilder can punch but he can’t box, AJ can punch and he can box.

“It is a big fight. It’s complicated because Tyson Fury’s on BT, we’re on Sky.

“Tyson Fury’s promoted by Frank Warren, we are obviously the market leaders and industry leaders so there’s all sorts of egos and money coming in.”

Despite having a date booked in at the National Stadium, with many expecting to see an all-British showdown between AJ and Whyte, Hearn says his boy Eddie could switch Joshua’s next fight from Wembley to New York’s Madison Square Garden in order to face Jarrell Miller.
