Even with only two days left of the Tokyo Olympics, there remain high-stakes competitions for Team USA, which is on the verge of gold in multiple events.

Many Olympic fan favorites will determine whether the U.S. will go home with gold medals on Day 15, which will begin on Friday night in the United States and continue into Saturday morning.

Here are the major Olympic events that will take place on Saturday, Aug. 7:

U.S. men’s basketball vs France: 10:30 p.m. (Friday), NBC

The Olympic men’s basketball finals will be the chance for a star-studded team USA to redeem itself after a shocking loss to France in its first game.

Since then, the U.S. team has turned its act around and has beaten every other team it’s faced at the Summer Games in both the group play and elimination rounds. The Nets’ Kevin Durant led the United States 97-76 semifinal victory over Australia.

France is coming off a nail-biting 90-89 win over Luka Doncic’s Slovenian team in the semifinals, which had a miraculous run of its own. The United States has not lost a gold medal game in men’s basketball since 2004.

U.S. men’s baseball vs Japan: 11 p.m. (Friday), NBCSN

The two biggest baseball-loving nations in the world will face off in the final on Friday when Japan and the United States rematch for the gold medal.

Japan is Team USA’s only loss during the Summer Games. The stars and stripes blew a three-run lead and eventually fell 7-6 to the Japanese. Since then, the U.S. has revved back with victories over South Korea and the Dominican Republic.

Three former Yankees will compete in the event: Todd Frazier and David Robertson, who are representing the United States, and Masahiro Tanaka, who is playing for Japan.

U.S. women’s water polo vs Span: 3:30 a.m., CNBC

The U.S. women’s water polo team is on the verge of a three-peat. After gold medal wins in 2012 and 2016, the team is hoping to replicate its success once again after dismantling the Russian Olympic Committee, 18-5, in the semifinals. Team USA is the only water polo team to have medalled at every Summer Games since the sport was first included in 2000.

Track and field: 6:35 a.m., Peacock

Saturday morning will be dominated by track and field events with finals in women’s high jump (6:35 a.m.), women’s 10000m (6:45 a.m.), men’s javelin (7:00 a.m.), men’s 1500m (7:40 a.m.). To finish off the morning will be the 4×400 relays at 8:30 a.m. for the women and 8:50 a.m. for the men. Both U.S. teams came first in their respective Round 1 heats and will compete in the finals. This will the last chance for the men’s track team to win a gold medal, which is so far has failed to do during the Summer Games.

Allyson Felix will race in the women’s 4×400, and it will likely be the last Olympic race for the 35-year-old American legend. She already stands alone as the leader for most medals in women’s history with 10, and could add to that lead if the US can place in the top three.

Equestrian: 6 a.m., NBCOlympics.com

The U.S. equestrian team that includes Jessica Springsteen — daughter of rock legend Bruce Springsteen — will prove that it was born to ride when it competes in the show jumping finals. Springsteen and her horse Don Juan van de Donkhoeve failed to qualify for the individual jumping competition earlier this week.
