WWE lose two more top stars as Adam Cole and Daniel Bryan make debuts with rivals AEW and CM Punk makes ring return

ADAM COLE and Daniel Bryan completed their moves from WWE to AEW by debuting for their new company on Sunday night.

The duo join CM Punk and a host of other former Vince McMahon employees boosting the All Elite brand.

Now competing under his real name, Bryan Danielson, due to his WWE name being owned by that franchise, the 40-year-old appeared during the All Out pay-per-view show.

It was Cole who first emerged following Kenny Omega's world championship victory over Christian Cage.

The 32-year-old, who last appeared in WWE's NXT TakeOver 36 last month, joined with The Elite squad before Danielson emerged to help Cage's rival crew, Jurassic Express, take the win.

Danielson's contract with WWE expired earlier this year, after he featured in April's WrestleMania and later suffered a defeat to Roman Reigns.

It is reported that the American's switch to AEW is partly prompted by his desire to work in Japan, with the company holding ties to New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Also on Sunday night, recent All Elite signing CM Punk defeated Allin in front of his hometown Chicago crowd.

The 42-year-old is now one of several former WWE stars plying their trade in AEW, including Cage, Miro, Malakai Black and Andrade El Idolo.

And he predicted that the arrival of Danielson would be a smash hit ahead of the show.

CM Punk told NY Post: "The guy was in the WrestleMania main event.

"He’s freshly removed from television. He’s a big deal.

"He’s a very, very big deal and I think that signals to pro wrestling fans that this is the place to be. This is what I want to watch."

Fans showed their appreciation for the event online.

One fan wrote on Twitter: "First time I've ever watched a full AEW PPV. Freaking sick. Guess I've gotta start watching. ✌"

Max added: "I love this."

And another viewer posted: "This is really a wrestling style defection. Two weeks ago this guy was still at the other company."
