A 600-POUND cocaine dealer is so obese a makeshift courtroom had to be set up in his ambulance for him to plead guilty in.
Kirk Lenell Smith, 42, was slumped in the back of the emergency vehicle as it was driven up to Hamilton County Courthouse in Cincinnati, Ohio on Wednesday.
Smith admitted to cocaine trafficking and being a felon in possession of a gun during makeshift hearing, reported Cincinnati Enquirer.
Judge Tom Heekin said: "Moving Kirk Smith from the ambulance would endanger his health and well-being."
Smith was hooked up to a blood oxygen monitor throughout proceedings.
He also gave one-worded answers to questions he was asked by the judge.
Smith was given an opportunity to make a statement, but after trying several times, he was too unwell to speak.
Smith was sentenced to two years in jail.
His sentence was agreed on as part of a plea deal struck between him and prosecutors.
The dealer’s home was searched last April, where police found a rucksack that contained cocaine "in an amount indicative of trafficking".
