A man allegedly threatened to blow up a McDonald's after they didn't have sauce he wanted in Iowa, US.
Robert Goldwitzer, 42, was arrested after he reportedly didn't receive the correct dip for his chicken McNuggets, the Sun reports.
He was said to have called up his local McDonald’s in Ankeny and threatened to blow up the restaurant and punch an employee over the offense.
Goldwitzer was arrested by the Ankeny Police Department on Saturday after officers responded to the number he allegedly used to make the threats.
Sergeant Corey Schneden said police called Golwitzer back at the number he allegedly used to call the McDonald's.
He is said to have admitted over the phone – and later on in person when interviewed by police – that he had made those comments.
The 42-year-old has been charged with a Class D felony, false report of explosive or incendiary device.
He was held in the Polk County Jail on Saturday and posted bail on Sunday.

It comes after we reported that McDonald's customers have been left furious that a menu favourite has been unavailable in many restaurants of the fast food chain.
Some Maccies fans even went as far as to say they were "heartbroken" as McDonald's confirmed a Chicken Selects shortage, according to Birmingham Live.
Hordes of the fast food chain's customers have flocked to social media to moan about the shortage after noticing the popular item was unavailable at their local branch.

One Twitter user said they were "actually heartbroken" by the lack of the menu favourite at their nearest branch.
While another fumed: "Not enough people are talking about how McDonalds have had no chicken selects for about 3 weeks. Have we not suffered enough?"
As a third chimed in: "I honestly never thought I would miss chicken selects so much… but here we are."

A fourth asked: "Covid, Hancock, Johnson, Brexit, Euros, all distracting us from the real scandal at the moment. When are the mainstream media going to properly investigate the absence of McDonalds Chicken Selects for nearly a month now?"
While a fifth probed: "Anyone else's local McDonalds done away with Chicken Selects?!"
They then added: "See if Fiat 500 Twitter's obsession with McNuggets being a personality trait has bumped the MVP from the menu, I'll no be too impressed."

A spokesperson for the fast food chain said: “Unfortunately we have a temporary shortage of Chicken Selects and they are not currently being served in most restaurants.
"We are working incredibly hard to get this popular menu item back on sale in our restaurants."

The spokesperson added: "We know some customers will be disappointed to hear this news, and we would like to apologise for the short term inconvenience.”
Despite the disappointing news, Maccies fans will be excited to hear that the chain has slashed its entire menu by 16% today to mark Euro 2020 knockout stages.
