COPS have launched an urgent probe after reports that children were seen "wandering around naked in the street".
Officers have been seen at a property in Stoke-on-Trent, several times in recent days and have confirmed "investigations" are underway.
The probe was sparked after reports on social media from a resident of the area who claimed to have found a "naked girl in the street".
They then worked out where the child lived and took the youngster back home on May 14.
The resident is then understood to have contacted police and social services.
After this incident, a second similar report – this time said to involve two small children – was reported to cops last Saturday, according to StokeonTrentLive.
