Dad fighting for his life after thugs chop off his nose and ears in revenge attack for getting his daughter remarried | The Sun

A DAD is fighting for his life after a gang of thugs chopped off his nose and ears in a horrific revenge attack for getting his daughter remarried.

Sukhram Vishnoi, 55, was returning home on Tuesday night when a group of six men barged into his house and assaulted him, cops said.

Detectives suspect the perpetrators of the attack were Sukhram's daughter's former in-laws, who were said to be furious with her decision to remarry after she split from her husband.

Police allege his daughter's ex-husband and his brother were involved in the horror assault.

According to Sukhram's family, the thugs sliced off his nose and ears and fled from the scene with them.

The dad, from western India's Rajasthan state, was also left with a leg fracture.
