How dare moo! Furious bystander hurls milk over Just Stop Oil protesters as they perform road-blocking slow march during morning rush hour in London

Video footage shows the moment a passerby threw milk over a group of Just Stop Oil protesters as they held up traffic by slow marching in Hammersmith, London on Thursday.
Eco-activists with Just Stop Oil launched another series of slow marches in central London on Thursday morning.
In a video posted online, a man can be heard muttering to himself before he approaches the group of around six protesters in the road and throws an open bottle of whole milk over them.
Earlier two people in a landscape gardening truck got sick of waiting for police to arrive and remove Just Stop Oil protesters at another London location, swerved across the road and hurled abuse at the activists.
It follows disruption at Lord’s cricket ground yesterday when three JSO protesters were arrested after running onto the pitch during day one of the Second Test at the Ashes.

The man, whose identity is unknown, poured the milk over the protesters and hurled verbal abuse at them
A man in Hammersmith filmed himself approaching the Just Stop Oil protesters as he muttered: ‘Having a laugh this lot.’
He then declines a leaflet from one of those involved in the protest before asking the activists: ‘What’s going on here?’
He then proceeds to throw the milk across several of those gathered, before pouring the remnants over their heads.
The man says: ‘You f***ing wrong’uns’ before turning to a young woman and adding: ‘You f***ing c***’.
Others took to social media to express their frustration with the protest.
One mother wrote on Twitter: ‘Just Stop Oil protest in Hammersmith and we are stuck on a bus as I try and get my kid to nursery after an appointment.’
Elsewhere two men in a truck, which was filled with garden waste, shouted at protesters as they veered into the wrong side of the road in order to avoid the march.
One of the men held raised a two-fingered salute at those gathered and called them ‘f***ing c***s’.
Footage from the New Kent Road on Thursday shows cars crossing onto the wrong side of the road into the path of oncoming traffic in order to swerve around the slow march.
Activists taking part held signs which read ‘No new oil’, ‘Future f***ed’ and ‘We won’t die quietly’.
Just Stop Oil has vowed to continue its action until the Government stops providing new fossil fuel licences due to the impact of emissions on global warming.
It has been holding slow marches since April.
A spokesman for the Met Police first said protesters were reported walking slowly in Fleet Street at just before 8.30am.

They added: ‘Officers arrived promptly to Just Stop Oil protesters walking slowly in Fleet Street.
‘Protesters have now moved out of the road following engagement with officers. Traffic is moving again.’
They subsequently confirmed protesters were also slow marching in New Kent Road, Elephant and Castle, Cannon Street and Lillie Road, Brompton.
Other video footage from today’s action showed passersby shouting at activists and motorists appealing to them to move, saying they ‘have to get to work’.
Later in the morning, Just Stop Oil protesters were also reported on the Strand.
Around half an hour later, they were then spotted on Pall Mall at 10.36am.
At both locations, police issued a section 12 notice and the road was cleared of protesters soon afterwards.
Police have not said that any arrests have been made.
Yesterday, ahead of the second over of the morning session at Lord’s, two Just Stop Oil protesters raced onto the pitch and attempted to throw orange paint across the main playing area.
Jonny Bairstow showed officers how to deal with the saboteurs as he took matters into his own hands and carried a man off the pitch himself, to the delight of fans at the ground. Meanwhile England captain Ben Stokes stopped the other protester as he guarded the pitch closely, assisted by other players.
Politicians and commentators alike joined fans in applauding the players’ actions. Prime Minister Rishi Sunak praised Bairstow’s ‘swift hands’.
