Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been accused of being unneighbourly after a man living near the couple claimed they snubbed his housewarming gift.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex bought their California mansion for a whopping $14.65m (£11.4m) in 2020 after they sensationally stepped down from royal duties.
One of the couple's neighbours at the swanky property is Frank McGinity who has lived near the couple since they first moved in.

But when the 88-year-old US Navy vet tried to welcome the pair and present them with a housewarming gift – his homemade film on the area's local history – he wasn't pleased with their response.
In his memoir, Get Off Your Street, he wrote: "I have a big house next to Harry and Meghan’s property and I live in the guest house while renting the main house out on Airbnb.
"Harry and Meghan live on old McCormick property and I went up to their gate with the films on a CD, but they weren’t interested."
McGinity said the couple's security guard wouldn’t let him past the gate when he approached the house.

He added: "The gate guy turned me away and wouldn’t take the film, just saying 'They’re not interested.'
"I was trying to be neighbourly."
McGinity may not have to put up with Meghan and Harry's alleged unfriendliness for much longer after it was announced the pair were eyeing up a move to Malibu.
A source close to the couple suggested the pair could be looking at relocating once again to Meghan's home town, saying: "Harry and Meghan are reviewing their living options with Malibu being a place of interest.
"They have secretly visited the area a couple of times and have been out and about, looking at what’s there.
"And Meghan knows parts of the region from being there as a kid.
"It is uncertain if they will sell Montecito or just add a Malibu spot to buy."
It is thought the move could bring the couple new opportunities after their deal with streaming giant Spotify was pulled last month.
It has since been claimed the pair's finances could be in trouble as more lucrative contracts with the likes of Netflix threaten to dry up.
Now Meghan is rumoured to be seeking out more work and has even signed with a new agent, William Morris Endeavour (WME).
"Being close to Beverly Hills and LA where the deals are done is smart, and of course there is a real Malibu scene where major stars, producers and studio executives all hang out, socialize and get deals done during dinner and beach parties," the source added.
The Daily Star has contacted the couple's representatives for comment.
