Kate Middleton is reportedly using her hands-on approach to being a mum to prepare become the future queen.
The Duchess of Cambridge is a “huge part” of her kids' lives and helps keep them on track by planning out their days, according to a friend of Kate's.
Kate, along with the family nanny Maria Turrion Borrallo, help look after Prince George, eight, Princess Charlotte, six, and Prince Louis, three.
Speaking to People, the friend said Kate "runs things at home with the kids and the schedules."
The friend added: "She is hugely involved in every single part of their day."
They also gave insight into how both Kate and Prince William are both present in the everyday lives of their children, including the school run.
Kate and William shared a glimpse of their life with the public on their 10th wedding anniversary in April.
The footage, which was shot in autumn 2020, showed the family spending time outdoors with a walk on the beach, climbing trees and sitting by an open fire.

While talking on the Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast in 2020, Kate revealed that being outside with the children was one of her favourite times with her family.
Speaking about what she would want her kids to remember, she said: “That’s what I would want them to remember, those moments with me as a mother, but also the family going to the beach, getting soaking wet, filling our boots full of water, those are what I would want them to remember.

“Not a stressful household where you’re trying to do everything and not really succeeding at one thing.”

In a new trailer for the show, Kate said: "I'm so excited to be hosting Together At Christmas here at Westminster Abbey.”
