Kate Middleton revealed her thrifty side as she donned a pair of boots she's had in her closet for 17 years.
The trust pair of boots were called upon for a recent visit with Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge.
The royal couple visited family-run Manor Farm based in Little Stainton, Durham, and Kate looked every part of countryside chic.
The Penelope Chilvers boots, which cost £475, were first spotted when she appeared at Blenheim Palace in 2004.
She was seen in them again one year later at the Gatcombe Festival of Eventing in Gloucestershire.
They also made an appearance when Kate, 39, and William embarked on a three-hour trek in Bhutan in 2016.
Kate chose the style once again when she visited Robin Hood Primary School in London, proving the long-tassel boots are one of her favourites.
Yesterday, she wore her brunette locks down in a natural and wavy fashion, while she spent time at the farm.
To match the boots, the duchess paired them with a £189.99 khaki jacket by Seeland, a Sezane blouse, £195 Bror X Troy London jumper, and Orelia earrings.
The Cambridges enjoyed a tour of the farm and visited the cattle and lambing sheds with owners Clare Wise and Stewart Chapman.
The pair laughed as they took turns behind the wheel of a tractor.
They also had the chance to pet adorable lambs and spoke to the owners about how to protect the health and welfare of livestock.
Wills and Kate later spoke with local farmers about their experiences and hardships during the pandemic and opened up about the mental health impact coronavirus has had on the farming community.
It was the royals' first official in-person engagement away from London since December.
William and Kate are set to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary today, (April 29) after tieing the knot back in 2011.
Millions of people tuned in to watch the pair exchange vows at Westminster Abbey a decade ago.
