Man arrested after bizarre video shows him tattooing a child in McDonald's restaurant

A BIZARRE video appears to show a man tattooing a child in a McDonald's restaurant.

Brandon Presha, 28, was arrested after footage of the incident was shared online.

The clip shows as a man tattoos in the dining area of the fast food chain.

He is wearing surgical clothes as he carries out the work but police said Presha is not a licensed artist.

Presha, from Laurens, South Carolina, is facing charges of illegal tattooing and underage tattooing.

The other person in the video – who has not been identified – is said to be underage.

Police chief Chrissie Latimore told WYFF4: "It was an absolutely disgusting display.

"He looked pretty comfortable."

Chief Latimore added: "It's really tragic that this was going on inside this newly remodeled business, because the new owners were trying to bring our McDonald's back to life.

"After the crimes were discovered, the owners quickly came in and worked with law enforcement to make sure something like this never happens again."

The footage from August 6 was shared with cops online who then identified Presha as the suspect.

MCDONALD'S INVESTIGATES

A spokesperson for the McDonald's said: "In our restaurants, nothing is more important to us than the safety and well-being of our customers & employees.

"The conduct reported is not in line with the values of our organization or in line with our expectations for how restaurants should be run.

"We are investigating the incident and will take appropriate action to ensure that my restaurant is both a safe place for my employees to work and for my customers to enjoy."

Bond has been set at $25,000, according to local reports.
