A man who allegedly threatened to kill Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews in a series of emails is set to face court on Monday.
The 53-year-old man was arrested in early December after raids at a home in Nimbin in NSW and was charged with using a carriage service to threaten to kill and two counts of use carriage service to menace, harass or offend.
The emails were allegedly sent to Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews, according to Nine News.
The man is due to appear at Lismore Local Court.
