A banker who hammered an OnlyFans star to death during sex has avoided a life sentence because she "had used him".
A court in Italy rejected prosecutors' calls to cage Davide Fontana for life, instead sentencing him to just 30 years for the murder of Carol Maltesi.
The court heard how Fontana, 44, used a hammer to kill young mum Maltesi, 26. He also slashed her throat. The OnlyFans star was bound and gagged at the time, with the pair filming a hardcore porn film.

Fontana also chopped her body up and kept the pieces in a freezer for months. Her remains were discovered in March last year after he dumped them at the bottom of a cliff in Borno, Italy.
The twisted killer even sent messages from her phone to make it look as if she was still alive after she first went missing.
Despite all this, judges refused to sentence him to life in prison, ruling out aggravating factors of cruelty and premeditation.
Their written judgement has now been made public. The court president wrote: "Fontana realised that the young and uninhibited Carol Maltesi had used him to some extent to further her personal and professional interests, and this triggered the homicidal act.
"It was not jealousy that drove the defendant, but rather the awareness of having lost the woman he loved, accompanied by a growing sense of frustration for having been used and discarded by her."
Fontana and Maltesi lived next door to each other and had been dating for a few months prior to the gruesome murder.
During the investigation it emerged that he killed her after she revealed plans to move from Lombardy to Veneto, wanting to be nearer her eight-year-old son.
"The man realised that Carol Maltesi was distancing herself from him, rejecting him," the judgement stated.
"The idea of losing stable contact with the woman whom he, by his own admission and according to a witness friend, loved passionately, and on whom he essentially depended, as she had allowed him to overcome the loneliness he had previously endured and to live in a different and fulfilling way, proved unbearable."
It added: "The crime was the result of conduct desired by the defendant, supported by direct intent if not intentional intent, but not premeditation."
