Meghan Markle has unveiled her new Spotify podcast episode after postponing the series' release following the Queen's death.

The Duchess of Sussex had sent out three episodes of her Archetypes series, which featured interviews with Serena Williams, Mariah Carey, and Mindy Kaling, before the Queen's death was announced suddenly last month.

Meghan paused the release of her podcasts while she remained in the UK to mourn with other Royal Family members, but today (Tuesday, October 4) the former actress resumed the schedule.

In the episode, titled The Demystification of Dragon Lady, Meghan spoke to comedian Margaret Cho about the discrimination she had faced as a result of her Korean background.

The former royal took the opportunity to open up about her how interactions with Asian culture while growing up in the US.

"I had a real love of getting to know other cultures, and part of that, my mum and I would often go to the Korean spa together," she recalled.

"For those of you who haven't been to one before, it's a very humbling experience for a girl going through puberty because you enter a room with women from ages nine to maybe 90, all walking around naked and waiting to get a body scrub on one of these tables all lined up in a row.

"All I wanted was a bathing suit, but you're not allowed. Once I was over that adolescent embarrassment, my mum and I would go upstairs, we would sit in a room and we would have a steaming bowl of the most delicious noodles.

"We would look around at all of these other women, these beautiful Korean women, who had embraced the generational tradition of the jjimjilbang (the Korean spa) and shared it with one another. That was a part of the Asian-American culture that I knew.

A wide-ranging discussion then followed, where Meghan discussed the discriminaiton faced by women with Asian heritage with Margaret Cho, who shared her own personal experiences.

During the episode, Meghan opted not to address the Queen's death, and unlike other episodes, did not touch on features of her former royal life.

This contrasted the Duchess' first Archetype release, where she looked back on one royal trip with Prince Harry, where she claimed that the couple's son Archie had narrowly escaped a fire at their lodgings.
