The warnings for snow are in force across parts of Scotland, Yorkshire & Humber and Northern Ireland.
The Met Office has also warned that Yorkshire and Humber will see “extremely strong winds” on Friday.
The forecaster said that “there is a good chance” that the winds could result in a “danger to life”.
It also warned that damage to buildings and homes is “likely”, with “roofs blown off and power lines brought down”.
