A SCHOOLGIRL was reportedly grabbed by a "strange man" outside a primary school in an attempted abduction.
The youngster was targeted at around 8.45am outside Clase Primary School in Swansea.
Thankfully she managed to run into the school and was "unharmed", police said.
Officers are now trawling through CCTV as they investigate the child snatch attempt.
South Wales Police tweeted: "Officers are continuing their investigations following an incident outside Clase Primary School around 8.45am this morning, where a girl was allegedly grabbed by an unknown man."
Clase Primary School confirmed children safely carried on with their lessons following the horror.

A statement from the school read: "An incident was reported outside of the school grounds this morning and police are investigating.
"Children are safely continuing their lessons in school."
