Here in the UK we love our McDonald's with millions of us visiting a branch of the fast food chain every year.
Whether it's for Chicken McNuggets, a Big Mac or a Quarter Pounder, Maccie D's is one of our favourite places to grab a bite to eat when out and about.
But not every customer has a good experience, with some outlets receiving a hammering from disgruntled diners.

One of those branches which could do better, according to customers, is the one in Crossways Parc, Caerphilly, Wales.
TripAdvisor reviewers claim it is "one of the worst" in the UK. Of the 62 reviews of this restaurant, 41 rated it as "terrible", nine said it was poor and six said it was average.
Among the many things diners complained about were its "limp, cold" food and "lazy and rude" staff.
On TripAdvisor, Leah D posted: "Awful service, sent my partner for two meals and they did not pack any chips with the meals. From someone who’s worked in fast food this McDonald’s is an actual joke! Avoid it if you can!!! Won’t ever be coming back! Train your staff properly."
Another dissatisfied customer wrote: "I travel all over the UK and this has to be the worst McDonald's l have ever visited. It's not what you expect from McDonald's high standards.
"How do they get away with the food they are serving? Come on McDonald's, you need to have a serious review of this restaurant – they are letting you down."
One was unhappy with the food served at the branch, posting: "Most of the chips were hard and cold, I also found a hair in with the chips. "
While someone else claimed his coffee had no actual coffee in it, writing: "The large latte I bought had not a trace of coffee in it – Snow White! Why didn't I take it back? Well, I'd have to drive back, queue, wait to get it sorted and then drive home – all for £1.68."
Just two weeks ago, Rhodril posted: "The worst McDonald's ever – and that takes some doing. So slow. They forget parts of your order, their burgers are thrown together by Stevie Wonder, by the looks.
"Pointless asking for any type of McFlurry, as you'll basically get just ice cream. And putting salt on the fries must be against their religion and actually allowing them to be fully cooked isn't too much to ask either."
One woman was so disgusted with her meal that she threw it all away – despite spending £14 on it.
Mum-of-four Ceri Pepper visited the Caerphilly branch and bought three triple cheeseburgers, two fries and two McFlurries.
But when she looked into the kitchens behind the counter she was "appalled" and decided not to eat the meal she'd just bought.
She told Daily Star: "The kitchen was horrible, the floor was dirty, it wasn't just one or two bits on the floor that could be picked up – it was walked-in dirt."
Ceri says that she also saw smears of sauces and other spills on numerous work surfaces and nuggets, chips and lettuce strewn across the kitchen and serving area.
She said staff seemed "oblivious" to the mess and when she complained to them was told they were "too busy" to clean.
The 61-year-old decided not to eat her meal, but binned the food as soon as she left.
When she posted photographs of the kitchens to McDonald's social media, a representative replied, saying they “love to hear when our restaurants impress with their cleanliness” and promised to “pass on her compliments”.
A spokesman for McDonald's told Daily Star how the company was disappointed with the negative reviews.
He said: "Customer satisfaction is a priority of ours and we’re always disappointed when we hear of any experiences that fall short of our customers’ expectations.
"However, the reviews referenced make up a tiny proportion of the thousands of customers served each day.
"If any customer does have a complaint, we encourage them to either speak to a member of the crew in the restaurant or get in touch with our customer services team.”
