The singer, 33, reportedly shared an Instagram post of their newborn son Prince Lyric with a caption gushing about Melanie just two days after publicly calling her out again on Twitter, according to The Blast.

However, Aaron has since deleted or deactivated his Instagram account.

Turn of events: Aaron Carter and on/off fiancee Melanie Martin are allegedly back together. The singer, 33, reportedly shared an Instagram post of their newborn son Prince Lyric with a caption gushing about Melanie just three days after publicly calling her out again on Twitter, according to The Blast

Aaron reportedly shared a video of their son while the newborn was wrapped in a blanket with his dog seated nearby him, per the outlet.

He allegedly wrote in the caption: ‘Our baby boy prince Lyric Carter Loves Christmas oldies just like his daddy. @missmelaniemartin I love you for giving me the greatest gift. You are an amazing woman I, my everything I am so grateful for you my darling. #fatherhood #NewParents.’

Aaron also allegedly added in the caption: ‘Thank you to everyone who has been supportive. Relationships aren’t easy but we love, cherish and adore our son. #GodBless Xo.’

The outlet reported that Melanie wrote in the comments: ‘Grateful for both you forever! Happy early birthday baby now you deserve a little celebration. On December 7 1986 a special one of a kind was born I love you! Xoxoxoo,’ adding multiple hearts and kissing emojis.

Hours after his Sunday night post, Aaron deleted or deactivated his Instagram account.

A fan appeared to upload his last live on his Instagram account before he deactivated it – featuring a visit from Child Protective Services (CPS) with Melanie also seen in the footage.

It is unclear if it was a Live from Sunday night but the fan uploaded the footage on Monday morning.

In the video, Melanie is seen halfway through the video holding their son while a CPS officer appears to do a wellness check.

The duo’s reconciliation comes just two days after Aaron took to his Instagram page to claim that he is ‘trapped’ inside his bedroom.

The former pop star and rapper sparked concern this week after announcing their split in a lengthy Twitter rant just one week after she gave birth to their son Prince Lyric Carter.

Carter said he believed that Melanie – who he had accused of ‘betraying’ him by speaking to his estranged sister Angel Carter – was trying to place him under a conservatorship, which she has denied.

‘I’m literally trapped inside my own bed room because my ex will not leave my house,’ Carter tweeted in the early hours of Friday morning from his home in Lancaster, California.

In a series of social media posts Thursday and Friday, the brother of Nick Carter was seen eating Ossetra Caviar while watching television, and also told fans he ‘needed some TLC.’

Carter announced the break-up on Tuesday via a lengthy Twitter rant, claiming Melanie had ‘deceived’ him by ‘communicating’ with his twin sister Angel.

‘Due to personal reason Melanie Martin and I have decided to go our separate ways,’ the I Want Candy singer wrote at 1:58 a.m. on Tuesday.

‘There has been a very big lie and my sister communicating w my ex fiancé ruined everything considering she knew what angel tried to do to me in court thanks angel you ruined my family. God bless.’

Melanie gave birth to their son in an emergency Cesarean section last Monday after a 13-hour labor.

On Tuesday, TMZ reported that Aaron believes his family are now ‘actively working to place him under a conservatorship.’

However, Melanie denied this to the outlet, and sources close to his brother, Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, also denied that is what the family want.

Meanwhile, Aaron’s rant continued: ‘I can’t even shed a tear. I’m in utter shock i’ve been lied to for two years my family won’t leave me alone they try to ruin everything no I’m a single father,’ he wrote.

‘The worst part about it is she knew what they were doing to me and she lied to me for two years.’

Aaron also claimed in his tweet that Melanie has plans to take their son out of state and move to Nevada.

‘She told me she’s leaving to Vegas with her friend Carmen from 90 day fiancé,’ he wrote. ‘Seems she’s had a back up plan this whole time oh and said I’ll never see my son again.’

Carmen was a friend of Larissa Dos Santos Lima who was previously married to Colt Johnson on the popular TLC show about unique, long distance relationships.

He added: ‘I’ve never felt more devastated and betrayed and lied to in my entire life this is such a horrible situation considering prince doesn’t deserve any of this and now it’s my job to just be a single father and that’s what’s gonna happen.’

Aaron’s twin sister, Angel Conrad, was granted a domestic violence restraining order against the singer in 2019, shortly after his brother Nick received a similar order.

At the time, Angel claimed Nick had told her that he fantasized about killing babies and Nick’s pregnant wife.

He alleged that Aaron told Angel: ‘I want to tell you something that I never told you before. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar 2 years ago.’

When Angel asked him if he heard voices, that’s when he said: ‘I have thoughts of killing babies.’

The court documents state Angel asked her brother if he thought of killing anyone else and that he replied he thinks about killing Nick’s wife Lauren Kitt, who was pregnant at the time.

Moving on: Aaron also tweeted that Melanie has plans to take their son out of state and move to Nevada

Later on Tuesday, Aaron was pictured at his home in Lancaster, California, as he took a heated phone call in his driveway.

Without shoes on, Aaron was seen pacing around sitting on the ground while having a conversation.

Nearby, Melanie was seen answering the door cradling her newborn, and was not wearing her engagement ring.
