Aaron Carter has been pictured outside his home laying on his driveway following his split from fiancée Melanie Martin just one week after they welcomed their first child together.
The 33-year-old pop star announced the split in a lengthy Twitter rant in the early hours of Tuesday morning, claiming Melanie had ‘deceived’ him by speaking to his estranged twin sister Angel behind his back.
TMZ also reported Tuesday that Aaron believes his family are now ‘actively working to place him under a conservatorship.’

However, Melanie denied this to the outlet, and sources close to his brother, Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter, also denied that is what the family want.
The singer appeared to be having an intense phone call as he stood outside his home in Lancaster, California, before sitting down on his driveway.
Meanwhile, Melanie, 29, who gave birth to their son Prince Lyric Carter just last week, was also pictured on Tuesday without her engagement ring on.
She was spotted cradling her newborn as she received a package while at home.

Aaron announced their split at 1:58 a.m. on Tuesday, writing: ‘Due to personal reason Melanie Martin and I have decided to go our separate ways.’
‘There has been a very big lie and my sister communicating w my ex fiancé ruined everything considering she knew what angel tried to do to me in court thanks angel you ruined my family. God bless.’
He added: ‘I have the most conniving deceiving family and Melanie has been lying to me the whole time communicating with my twin sister and the family members who tried to put me in prison and who tried to get a conservatorship on me in court. I’m in shocked this is horrible.’

Melanie gave birth to their son in an emergency Cesarean section last Monday after a 13-hour labor.
Aaron also claimed in his tweet that Melanie has plans to take their son out of state and move to Nevada.
‘She told me she’s leaving to Vegas with her friend Carmen from 90 day fiancé,’ he wrote. ‘Seems she’s had a back up plan this whole time oh and said I’ll never see my son again.’

‘I can’t even shed a tear. I’m in utter shock i’ve been lied to for two years my family won’t leave me alone they try to ruin everything no I’m a single father,’ he wrote. ‘The worst part about it is she knew what they were doing to me and she lied to me for two years’
Carmen was a friend of Larissa Dos Santos Lima who was previously married to Colt Johnson on the popular TLC show about unique, long distance relationships.
He added: ‘I’ve never felt more devastated and betrayed and lied to in my entire life this is such a horrible situation considering prince doesn’t deserve any of this and now it’s my job to just be a single father and that’s what’s gonna happen.’
‘Mel and I appreciate the support and concern we have been shown. We both will continue to make prince our priority during this difficult time,’ he wrote hours later. ‘Please be respectful while we transition and navigate this unfortunate situation. #HeartBroken.’

Aaron’s twin sister, Angel Conrad, was granted a domestic violence restraining order against the singer in 2019, shortly after his brother Nick received a similar order.
At the time, Angel claimed Nick had told her that he fantasized about killing babies and Nick’s pregnant wife.
He alleged that Aaron told Angel: ‘I want to tell you something that I never told you before. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar 2 years ago.’

When Angel asked him if he heard voices, that’s when he said: ‘I have thoughts of killing babies.’
The court documents state Angel asked her brother if he thought of killing anyone else and that he replied he thinks about killing Nick’s wife Lauren Kitt, who was pregnant at the time.
At the time, TMZ claimed the family attempted to convince a judge that Aaron needed to be in a conservatorship and tried to ‘force Aaron into treatment,’ but to no avail.
