Selling Sunset’s Amanza Smith posts a teary-eyed selfie as her ex-husband Ralph Brown remains missing: ‘It’s ok not to be ok’
Amanza Smith spoke up about struggling with her mental health as she continues to try and locate her missing ex-husband Ralph Brown.
After seeing YouTuber Lele Pons post about having ‘low days and up days’ with her Instagram followers on Friday, the Selling Sunset star reflected on her own struggles.
‘It’s ok not to be ok,’ the reality star, 44, captioned a selfie of herself crying. ‘Many people are afraid to be open about mental health.’

She continued: ‘You all see me very strong and I appreciate so much the support I have gotten thru fans and friends for the way I carry myself thru this difficult new journey as a full time working single mom.’
‘I also want to honest and not pretend I’m always at the top of my game with it all. This was me last night at 4am when I couldn’t sleep because so much was on my mind. Hang in there everyone. You are not alone,’ the mother-of-two wrote.
The former NFL cheerleader, who currently works for The Oppenheim Group, has been open about ‘dealing with the pain’ of trying to locate her former spouse, who disappeared in August 2019.

The former couple share a nine-year-old son Braker and daughter Noah, 11.
Last month, she admitted on social media that she was having ‘a hard time managing’ all that she has going on.
‘I’ve been silently dealing with the pain and heartache of what is happening with this situation and the past couple weeks I’ve wiped so many tears from this little boys face. My heart hurts,’ she captioned a snap with her son.
She explained: ‘I’m angry and I’m having a hard time managing all that I have going on right now because when my children hurt I hurt.’

Amanza last saw him in the flesh on August 26, 2019, and her final communication with him to date was in an email he sent her a few days later on September 1.
The TV star previously told MailOnline she was worried about Ralph coming back into her life as it took a long time to settle her children into the sudden absence of their father.
The realtor has been left in the dark as to his whereabouts and has since said that Ralph – who she divorced in 2012 – ‘doesn’t want to be found.

Explaining her predicament in terms of the ongoing custody battle between them, Amanza said: ‘I haven’t had another court date since we stopped filming because of the pandemic, and now I’m dragging my heels to be honest.’
She continued: ‘The kids and I are so acclimated to our new situation, at this point it would rock my world just as much if he came back.’
‘I’m just really really proud of myself that I’ve been able to hold it down because I was terrified. I’m proud of my kids, they have handled it like champs.
‘There’s still a lot of things, probably on the back end, that we’re going to have to work out with therapy, and that’s fine. But we’re doing it.’
Former model Amanza married American football star Ralph in July 2010, with the couple divorcing two years later.
Following their split, the pair shared joint custody of their children – looking after them on alternate weeks.

However, Amanza began caring for the kids full time after Ralph disappeared in August 2019.
Although Amanza filed a missing person report after not seeing her ex for two months, investigators announced that it wasn’t a missing person case as there wasn’t any sign of foul play.
In her bid to locate Ralph’s whereabouts, Amanza also hired a private investigator to find him, but they ‘never got a visual’.
The reality star also claims she has made several attempts to contact his family, but they haven’t responded to her texts or phone calls.
