Bella Hadid is moving on from her New York City apartment and it was just reported that the pad sold for the $6.5 million asking price.
The SoHo penthouse apartment is 2,569 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s located in a six-story building that features 14 residential units. The building has a rooftop terrace for all tenants to use, but Bella‘s apartment has its own private rooftop balcony.
Bella purchased the apartment in June 2020 for $6.1 million and it was newly renovated before she moved in. The apartment’s great room features a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, and a home office. Under the staircase to the balcony, there is a wine room with space for 100 bottles of wine.
The listing was held by Ryan Serhant, who is known for starring in the Bravo shows Million Dollar Listing: New York and Sell It Like Serhant.
The apartment sold after being on the market for just one week, according to Page Six.
