His girlfriend Jennifer Lopez is known for her devotion to the gym as she is in the best shape of her life at 51.
And it certainly looks like J.Lo’s fitness routine has rubbed off on Ben Affleck.
The 48-year-old actor was seen looking buff while picking up his son Samuel, nine, from school in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Ben put on a vascular display as his muscular arms had veins popping throughout them and his impressive pecs and abs could be seen through his tight grey T-shirt while carrying his son’s bags.
He also donned black skinny jeans with matching leather shoes as his short greying locks were disheveled and he sported a grizzled beard.
The Town actor seemed to have a blast bonding with his son as he shared a laugh with Samuel as they walked side-by-side.

No doubt girlfriend J.Lo’s fitness routine has rubbed off on Ben as she can often be seen hitting the gym.
The workout junkie’s love for working out was even used in a recent advertising campaign for Goli Nutrition.
Lopez recently rekindled her romance with former fiance Affleck, after calling off her engagement to MLB star Alex Rodriguez in April.

The A-listers confirmed the romance as they enjoyed a make-out session in front of J.Lo’s kids at Nobu Malibu last month during a birth celebration for her sister Lynda.
Lopez and Affleck started dating in 2002 and announced their engagement that November.
In September 2003, just days before the couple was to say ‘I do,’ they called off their wedding. Months later the couple broke up for good in January 2004.

Ben has to stay in LA to be close to the three children he has with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, nine. Weeks ago, Lopez was seen looking a couple of schools in Los Angeles for her twins.
Last month, People reported that Ben and Jennifer are ‘discussing summer plans’ because they ‘love being together and the weekends away they had been spending together have really sealed the deal.’
