The sophisticated yet simple ad displayed the name of the brand at the top of the image, along with a photo of the brand new pink drink at the bottom right.
‘Spirit of the Riviera,’ reads the image at the bottom in cursive.
The Miraval Rosé 2020 vintage will be released in the U.S. on February 1, according to People.
Pitt and his estranged wife Angelina have been producing wines at their French estate, Chateau Miraval, for years, and the location was even the site of their 2014 nuptials.
Bone of contention: In 2019, it was reported Chateau Miraval was the ‘sticking point’ in Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce
Cheers! Pitt has been producing wines at the vineyard for years with his ex, Angelina
Since moving forward with their divorce in 2016, the vineyard has remained a bone of contention between the exes, who were still reportedly fighting over it a year ago.
‘The sticking point is the value of Miraval,’ a source told Us Weekly in 2019. ‘Angelina wants to be awarded the property as hers entirely because it was her idea to purchase the property to begin with.’
Insiders told the site Pitt feels differently about the property, and believes he has been ‘more than generous with other financial element’ of their split.
The actor reportedly offered his ex a ‘one-time lump sum payment of $10 million’.
Split: The power couple shocked the world with news of their split in 2016
The actors, who separated in September 2016 after two years of marriage and over 11 years together, purchased the 1,100-acre estate for $60 million in 2011 and are thought to have spent between $10 million and $12 million renovating it.
Miraval’s vintner Charles Perrin has since revealed that the actors have no plans to sell the estate.
Instead, they are keeping it for their six children – Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and 12-year-old Knox and Vivienne – to take over someday.
‘It is an investment for their family and their children. We have long-term projects and have just released the latest vintage of rosé with our names: “bottled by Pitt, Jolie and Perrin” on it,’ he said in 2018.
