Britney Spears continues her TOPLESS social media streak in new video

Britney Spears continues her TOPLESS social media streak as she clutches her breasts in backyard video… amid ongoing conservatorship battle

Britney Spears is continuing to assert her right to go topless on social media after a series of racy posts just last week.

On Thursday the 39-year-old pop star shared a video this time of herself clutching her breasts wearing tiny daisy duke shorts.

Sealing the post with ‘three kisses’ she tilted her head back while baring her chest amid her continued conservatorship war against father Jamie Spears.

Baring it all: Britney Spears, 39, continues her racy topless social media streak with a new video clutching her breasts

The Toxic hitmaker’s post comes just one day after documents filed in a Los Angeles Superior Court on July 28 showed that her medical team supported efforts to remove Jamie as conservator of her estate.

Documents obtained by USA Today, maintain that her temporary conservator Jodi Montgomery asserted that her ‘medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the conservatee for Mr. Spears to be and remain conservator of the estate.’

On Monday her new attorney Mathew Rosengart petitioned to replace her father with Jason Rubin, a certified public accountant.

#FreeBritney: As she continues to get more bold on social media amid her conservatorship battle she has posted a slew of topless content

Keeping her chin up: Her video seemed to be another statement that could be interpreted as Britney keeping her chin up amid the 13-year battle

The petition read that given Spears ‘has sufficient capacity to choose her own legal counsel, she likewise has sufficient capacity to make this nomination.’

And in the filing, her mother Lynne Spears spoke out for the first time after most recently posting a cryptic bible verse on social media that read: ‘The light shines in the darkness and the darkness has not overcome it. ‘

Lynne spoke about Jamie having ‘microscopic control’ which was especially damaging and maintained that due to the overbearing clutches Britney has been ‘living in custody.’

She said she would be willing to testify if need be and in documents obtained by Fox News she spoke on a particular ‘time of crisis’ in 2018 and 2019.

On her behalf: Hand-selected attorney Rosengart petitioned to replace her father as conservator with a CPA named Jason Rubin

‘At all points of time during the time of crisis, James P. Spears, her father and the sole conservator of the estate and, at the time, the person, had absolute control over the conservatee’s money and her healthcare decisions.

‘During the time of crisis, I witnessed my daughter be compelled by that doctor, with the knowledge and encouragement of Mr. Spears, to enter a health facility that she did not want to enter, where she was threatened with punishment if she did not stay for medical treatment that she did not want to endure,’ Lynne further claimed.

The next hearing has been pushed up to September 29 after both Britney and her team have demanded Jamie step down.
