Britney Spears reflected on the ‘healing’ she planned to accomplish in the future in the caption for a post that was shared to her Instagram account on Saturday.
The 39-year-old hitmaker’s photo showed a tree that shot through the roof of a building with numerous branches extending outward from its trunk.
The embattled pop star’s post comes just days after her father, Jamie, was suspended as the conservator of her estate following a lengthy media campaign to have him removed from his position.

Spears began the message by expressing that, following the big announcement, she was looking forward to centering herself in the near future.
She wrote: ‘Although there is change and things to celebrate in my life, I still have a lot of healing to do!!!’
The Toxic singer then pointed out that she was grateful for the concern of her fans, which would be crucial to her process.
She noted: ‘Thankfully I have a good support system and am taking time to understand it’s ok to slow down and breathe!!!!!’

The performer concluded her message by writing: ‘Only through self love I can pray … love … and support others in return !!!!’
Earlier this week, it was announced that Jamie Spears would be suspended from his role as the conservator of his daughter’s estate as per a request from the singer’s attorney.
The court ruling also pointed out that certified public accountant John Zabel will oversee the singer’s affairs for the time being.
The hitmaker’s father’s attorney, Vivian Thoreen, released a statement following the ruling and noted via People that the businessman maintained his position out of affection for the embattled media personality.

‘Mr. Spears loves his daughter Britney unconditionally. For 13 years, he has tried to do what is in her best interests, whether as a conservator or her father,’ she said.
The attorney also credited Jamie for ‘helping [Britney] revive her career and re-establish a relationship with her children.’
Thoreen went on to stress that Spears’ father only acted with the singer’s best interests in mind and with regard for her well-being.
‘For anyone who has tried to help a family member dealing with mental health issues, they can appreciate the tremendous amount of daily worry and work this required,’ she said.

The attorney also described the removal of Jamie from his former position as ‘a loss for Britney.’
Thoreen also expressed that the singer’s father should have remained in his position and that Zabel should not be involved with the performer’s affairs.
‘Respectfully, the court was wrong to suspend Mr. Spears, put a stranger in his place to manage Britney’s estate, and extend the very conservatorship that Britney begged the court to terminate earlier this summer,’ she said.

Jamie’s attorney concluded the statement by remarking that he would attempt to remain involved with the singer and that he would cooperate with any further actions taken regarding his former position.
‘Despite the suspension, Mr. Spears will continue to look out for the best interests of his daughter and work in good faith towards a positive resolution of all matters,’ she said.
