Jin loves to eat and to cook. He also loves chatting with fans online. Aside from being a singer and dancer for BTS, Jin is also the “lead visual,” earning several nicknames for his good looks. He earned the nickname “Car Door Guy,” when he looked amazing getting out of a car.
He earned the nickname “WWH” for being “Worldwide Handsome,” even sharing this nickname while doing Carpool Karaoke on The Late Late Show with James Corden. Not every picture of Jin is a winner, though.
BTS’ Jin responded to the ‘cursed cup’ on Weverse
He’s known as a “joker guy” for a reason. Although he looks handsome getting out of cars and on stage, not every picture of Jin turned out well.
There’s one cup that has an elongated picture of Jin’s face, earning the nickname “the cursed cup” from BTS fans. Finally, the idol saw the item, thanks to a fan on the social media platform, Weverse.
“Hahaha, Jin always sees this face reflected in the mirror,” one fan said, according to Koreaboo. “He’s still handsome.”
“Apologize to my face,” Jin responded, jokingly. The comment earned over 20,000 likes from fans.
Jin released several solo songs, some in conjunction with BTS
Although he appears on several BTS songs, like “Life Goes On” and “Boy With Luv,” Jin also releases solo songs. In 2020, that included “Abyss,” which was posted to YouTube.
In conjunction with BTS’ albums, Jin performed songs like “Moon” and “Epiphany.” The singer even had a hand in writing the song “Stay” off of BTS’ album, Be (Deluxe Edition.)
“It was around two to three months ago that I wrote the lyrics for the song when it seemed like COVID-19 wasn’t getting any better,” Jin said during an interview with Weverse Magazine. I want to put on another concert, and, like I said, it feels like my memories of ARMY were all a dream.”
“Ah, they always used to be there with us, and then they disappeared like a memory — was all that a dream? Will we ever meet again? Those kinds of thoughts,” he continued.
