And Carol Vorderman proved she is a bad influence on the British and Irish Lions team after confirming on Monday that she got them drunk on tequila in 2007.
The former Countdown presenter, 60, shared a screenshot from the rugby team’s official Twitter account where they claimed she ‘led them astray’ with the help of alcohol.

Reflecting on their interaction fourteen years ago, the British and Irish Lions team wrote online: ‘Good memories Carol – It would be matcha tea, complex carbohydrates and a protein shake nowadays,’ alongside a winking face and bicep emoji.
The TV personality responded: ‘WHAAAAATTT???? No tequila @lionsofficial,’ (sic) while also posting a crying laughing and a shrugging person emoji.
The rugby account then went on to add: ‘We’d never drunk before then Carol, you led us astray as we were just out on a recovery walk after training’.
They also implied they were lying by posting a growing nose, crying laughing and darting eye emoji.

Carol proceeded to screenshot the Twitter conversation and upload it to Instagram where she penned: ‘A Twitter convo with @britishandirishlions…
‘Them claiming that I led them astray back in 07……As ifffffffffff,’ with a series of crying laughing faces. (sic)
The presenter also added music to the Instagram Story and she penned the lyrics: ‘If you’re looking for trouble, just look right in my face.
‘I was born standing up and talking back, my daddy was a green-eyed mountain jack, because I’m evil, my middle name is Misery.’
Carol also added on Twitter: ‘Lols…..yeah right…I led the British astray back in 1989 in Oz????…….can’t promise to behave at the next tour either….in fact, I promise NOT TO,’ alongside crying laughing emojis. (sic)
The post comes after the TV host, whose former flames include pilot Graham Duff, who she split from in 2016, and PR consultant Des Kelly, who she parted from in 2007, said she’s ‘VERY happy as a badly behaved singleton’.

She also took to Twitter to laugh about her declaration, tweeting: ‘Oh.. I make myself laugh sometimes…. Headline in today’s @TheTelegraph….” the thought of living with someone again makes me feel positively sick”…

Carol was married to Christopher Mather from 1985 to 1986 and then to Patrick King from 1990 until 2000, with the couple sharing children Katie, 28, and Cameron, 23.

They split in 2014 however they rekindled their romance in 2015. They ultimately parted ways once more in 2016.
Despite not being with anyone in more recent years, Carol has been busy with work commitments.
She said: ‘I’ve had nearly four decades of working six or seven days a week and now I just want to do the bits I want to do. I have a ridiculously happy and absurd life.’
